Lebih repot dan hati-hati pas bikin rumahnya.. soalnya icingnya lama lengketnya..</p><p>resep nya, repost dari Dita...</p><p>125g mentega,<br />¾ cup golden syrup <br />1 cup gula,<br />3 cup tepung terigu,<br />2 sdM jahe bubuk,<br />3 sdM mixed spice (atau campur bubuk pala, bubuk kayu manis, dan<br />bubuk cloves),<br />1 sdt baking soda,<br />2 sdM susu segar<br /><br />Mentega, golden syrup, dan gula dilelehkan di panci lalu didihkan.<br />Biarkan mendidih hingga rata berbuih (kira-kira 5-8 menitan deh) dan<br />aduk saat mendidih (supaya gula ga nempel di sekeliling dasar panci).<br />Hal ini diperlukan untuk mendapatkan hasil adonan yang lembut dan<br />elastis.<br /><br />Ayak bersama tepung, jahe bubuk dan campuran rempah bubuk ke dalam<br />wadah. Tuang campuran mentega dan gula didih tadi, pakai sendok kayu<br />aduk hingga rata.<br /><br />Campur baking soda dengan susu lalu tuangkan ke dalam adonan. Aduk<br />lagi hingga rata. Diamkan selama 15-20 menit, tutup dengan plastik.<br />Ambil sedikit adonan, lalu gilas 5mm. Food processor ato blender..<br />campur garam, dan air... tambahkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit.. diaduk2 / diuleni pakai sendok kayu (soalnya kalo pake tangan... lengket2 dan bau amis.. :p )<br /><br />Sementara itu.. siapkan air untuk merebusnya..<br /><br />Bentuk adonan pempek yang sudah siap sesuai selera... bulet-bulet.. panjang-panjang atau seperti kerupuk keriting (mamajalu biasa pake sendok sayur yang bolong2 kayak saringan)<br />Bentuk di atas talenan kering yang sudah ditaburi tepung.. Pastikan juga tangan dalam keadaan kering & telah bersaput terigu..<br />Cemplung-cemplungin ke dalam air mendidih...
